Installation & Removal

Many of the regulated Underground Storage Tanks (UST’S) installed in the early 90’s are fast approaching their 30 year life expectancy (warranty).  Owners of these older tanks are being directed by their insurance underwriters to remove them or face increased insurance premiums. As one of our core businesses, Fairfield has been removing and installing tanks for over 65 years. Fairfield Maintenance is fully insured and holds all the necessary NJDEP licenses to remove and install regulated UST’s.
